Regarding to the book which title is "X", I received email mentions it would be published via online a couple of weeks later on Mar. Haven't it been published yet? Because we paid the fee from research expense of the government, I want you to post at least my chapter as soon as possible. It is too late than the first plan. We paid expensive publishing fee from the public expense and the university asked us the situation. Please do the proper response.
