PROFORMA INVOICE を拝見させていただいましたが、
FOB PRICEが高すぎて、話を進める事が出来ません。
弊社がお願いをしてる他の工場に比べても、非常に高価です。
現在、日本で同等商品（デザイン・素材）の販売価格から計算して、
弊社の希望ＦＯＢ価格は下記の通りです。
こちらの希望ＦＯＢ価格に近づけられるか、再度検討をお願いいたします。

I looked at the PROFORMA INVOICE, but I am afraid we cannot go through the deal because the FOB PRICE is too high.
It is extremely expensive compared with the price which other factories which we are talking with proposed.
Based on the calculation from the sales price of the equivalent products (design and material) in Japan, the FOB price which we would like to suggest is as follows:
I would like you to consider again whether you can lower the FOB price to the one which is closer to our suggested FOB price or not.
