日本でassemble及び検査を行う意味は何でしょうか？
ただ単にオーナーの要求という理由ではなく、きちんとその点を確認して下さい。
今回の要求は、Vesselも日本で作れということでしょうか？
全て日本で製作しろということでしょうか？
今回の要求はキックオフミーティング時にも言われていませんし、仕様書にも記載はありませんので、
弊社として受けれる必要は無いと考えます。
