社内で検討した結果、日本でのassemble及び検査はできないという結論になりました。

日本でassemble及び検査を行う意味は何でしょうか？
ただ単にオーナーの要求という理由ではなく、きちんとその点を確認して下さい。
今回の要求は、Vesselも日本で作れということでしょうか？
全て日本で製作しろということでしょうか？

今回の要求はキックオフミーティング時にも言われていませんし、仕様書にも記載はありませんので、
弊社として受けれる必要は無いと考えます。

What does it mean to conduct assemble and inspection in Japan?
Please confirm the significance not just because of the request from the owner.
Does the request this time mean that we should also make Vessel in Japan?
Or, does it mean that we should make everything in Japan?

Since the request this time is not discussed in the kick-off meeting or is not described in the specification document, we don't think we need to accept it.
