社内で検討した結果、日本でのassemble及び検査はできないという結論になりました。
日本でassemble及び検査を行う意味は何でしょうか？
ただ単にオーナーの要求という理由ではなく、きちんとその点を確認して下さい。
今回の要求は、Vesselも日本で作れということでしょうか？
全て日本で製作しろということでしょうか？
今回の要求はキックオフミーティング時にも言われていませんし、仕様書にも記載はありませんので、
弊社として受けれる必要は無いと考えます。
After we considered at our company we came to a conclusion that we cannot assemble or inspect in Japan.
What is the reason of conducting assemble/inspection in Japan?
Please confirm the proper reason for that, not just a request from the owner.
By this demand, you want us to build the Vessel in Japan?
You want us to produce everything?
We don't think we have to accept this request from you as this was not used at the kick-off meeting, nor described in specification.
