I often hear that many people complain about local delivery service in Canada.
I believe that you understand I cannot improve it.
The reason is that after an item is cleared at customs in your country, we leave all the handling to the local delivery service. As there is no system of sending better than Japan Post, I cannot change it.
Why don't you ask the local delivery service over there to improve it?
No matter how fast I send an item, sometimes it arrives late often.

I hear there is a lot of complaint of Canada's local delivery service.
However, I think you can understand I cannot improve that myself.
Delivery after your country's customs, items are kept responsible to local delivery service completely.
As there is no better postal service than Japan post , it cannot be changed.
How about telling your local delivery service to improve it?
Even though how quick I ship items, arrival is often late.

However, I think you can understand that there is nothing I can do to improve that.
Deliveries after passing the customs clearance in your country will be totally left up to the local delivery service.
There is no better shipping method than using Japan Post, so I cannot make a change.
