unlockedの端末と説明されているのにキャリアのロックがかかっていて電話として機能しません。unlockedと記載するのであれば、unlockedの処理をした状態でebayに出品すべきです。また電池カバーが壊れていました。新品同様と記載すべきではないです。使い物にならないので返品します。返金してください。

Although it was described as an unlocked device, it has actually been locked by the carrier so I cannot use it as a phone. If you describe it as unlocked then it should be in an unlocked state when you list it on ebay. Also, the battery cover is broken. You should not have listed it as an item that is "like new". I cannot use it in any way so I will to return it to you. Please issue me a refund.

It was indicated as an unlocked device. However, it is locked and does not operate as a phone. You should have listed this item after you unlocked it as you indicated in the description as "unlocked item". Also, the battery cover arrived damaged. You should never have said it was as good as brand-new. This cannot be used, so I am sending you back the phone. Please make a full refund to me.
