カートン数が多いと通関に時間がかかるようですね。
２カートンほど、中のパッケージがすべて破損しておりました。
やはり荷物の荷重がかかると重さで壊れてしまいますね。
これはもうしょうがないですが、破損したパッケージはすべて交換できました。
残りの１０００個は来週ぐらいに発送していただければ助かります。
このブランドの商品は御社が製造しているのでしょうか？
こちらから製品をサンプルとして送れば、図面にできますか？

I received the item the day before yesterday.
I am glad that I was almost out of inventory.
It takes time to be cleared at the customs if we have many cartons.
All the packages of 2 cartons were damaged.
As they were heavy, they were damaged by its weight.
I cannot complain about them any more. All the damaged packages were exchanged.

We got relieved because my items were almost out of stock.
It seems that it takes longer for the cargo to clear the customs if there are a lot of cartons included.
In a few cartons among the cargo, all packages inside were damaged.
We think this was due the total weight of the cartons above them.
We cannot do much about this, but we fortunately could replace all of the damaged packages.

The before yesterday, I received the package.
It was helpful as stock was near nothing.
It seems that when carton amount was large it take time.
About 2 cartons of inside package were all damaged.
As we though, when weight of package is big it easy to damage packages.
We cannot help it though, those damaged packages could have been replaced.
We appreciate it if you ship the rest of 1,000 pieces about next week.
