納期の遅れ等ありそうですか?またあった場合どの程度の遅れが生じるかお教えください。
もし大幅な遅れがある場合は大変恐れ入りますが次回便に乗せて頂く事は出来ますでしょうか?
他品番がお客様より多くの受注を頂いているため、遅れが出ると厳しいです。
弊社都合でご迷惑をお掛け致しますが何卒ご理解頂けますと幸いです。

Would the delivery date be delayed? If yes, please tell me how much could it be delayed?
If there is a long delay is expected, I am sorry for bothering you, but can you please put them on the next delivery?
Since other product numbers are more demanded than those, we cannot wait for the ones which would be delayed.
We are really sorry for causing a lot f inconvenience to you due to our circumstances, but we would be appreciate your consideration.
