7inchのエレメントについて、66枚中64枚を出荷、2枚を弊社保管にしてほしいと依頼を受けておりましたが、貴社からのPOは64枚となっているので、64枚で出荷するのは税務上難しいと考えます。
申し訳ないのですが、66枚で出荷して宜しいでしょうか？
エレメントは本日完成するのですが、最終検査と輸出梱包があるので、明日の出荷になる可能性が高いです。

Regarding 7inch element, we received your request to ship 64 pieces out of 66 pieces and to store 2 pieces in our side. However, we are afraid that it would be difficult for us to ship 64 pieces due to tax regulations since your PO is for 64 pieces.
We are sorry, but may we ship 66 pieces to you?
The elements will be ready today, but they would be shipped tomorrow after the final inspection and packing for export.

Regarding 7 inch element, although we are requested to ship 64 out of 66 and keep 2 of them in our company, as your PO says for 64, we think it difficult to ship 64 pieces on the ground of tax.
