なぜ流量を30kgから40kgに上げたかというと、流量30kgだと我々が計算した圧力損失に達しかなかったからです。圧力損失が計算値通りになった流量が40kgでした。
パウダーは圧力損失の計算が非常に難しいので、一回目の試作で計算値に合った流量を基準値としました。
樹脂の評価はどのようにされましたか?シートにして欠点検査機で異物の確認をされたのでしょうか?可能であれば、写真やサンプルを見せていただけないでしょうか?

The reason we raised the flow rate to 40kg is if we make it with 30kg flow rate, it would not have been come to pressure loss. The flow rate the pressure loss became as we calculated was with 40kg.
As powder is difficult to calculate pressure loss, we made the first attempt's calculation as a standard to meet the flow rate.
