なぜ流量を30kgから40kgに上げたかというと、流量30kgだと我々が計算した圧力損失に達しかなかったからです。圧力損失が計算値通りになった流量が40kgでした。
パウダーは圧力損失の計算が非常に難しいので、一回目の試作で計算値に合った流量を基準値としました。
樹脂の評価はどのようにされましたか？シートにして欠点検査機で異物の確認をされたのでしょうか？可能であれば、写真やサンプルを見せていただけないでしょうか？
The reason we raised the flow rate from 30 kilograms to 40 kilograms, the pressure loss did not reach the value we have calculated at 30 kilograms. The pressure loss was just as the value we calculated at 40 kilograms.
Because the pressure loss calculation is very difficult for powders, we set the flow rate which met the calculated value on the first prototype as the standard value.
How have you evaluated the resin? Have you checked foreign materials with the failure detector by making it a sheet? If possible, could you show me the photograph or sample?
