1.書類の原本
メールにてお送り頂きました書類を電子書類として税関に提出いたしましたが
税関より紙の原本を提出するように求められております。
サインが直筆でないためのようです。
以前はコピーで良かったのですが、検査が厳しくなっています。

UPSの税関担当者へ直接郵送してください。

2.全ての商品の成分表のPDF
成分表に関しては、コピーでもかまいません。

But the customs asked us to submit the original one by paper.
They need sign by handwriting.

I will kindly inform you that these following documents have been claimed by customs as the product went under customs inspection so could you please get the documents prepared?

1. The original documents
We have submitted the E-documents you attached in your emails to customs however, the submission of original paper documents are now required by customs. It seems the signature had to be handwritten.
It used to be ok photocopied but seems like the inspection has been getting more strict.

Please send the documents to the person in charge for UPS in customs.

2. PDF of the composition tables for all the items
Regarding the composition tables, the copies are also acceptable. As for these, could you please send us directly via email?
