商品Aにつきまして、貴社から出荷する直前に数量を減らすうようにお願いしましたが、最初の発注書そのままの数量が届きました。インボイス上は数量が減っていましたので、インボイスに記載された数量以上の商品を受け取ったことになります。ただ、支払いは最初の発注書に基づいて行ったはずですので、受け取った商品は支払い済みという事で間違いないでしょうか？

Regarding product A, I requested to decrease the quantity prior to shipping from your end, but the delivered quantity was as the same as the original order form. Since the quantity on the invoice was decreased, it means that I have received more than what the invoice stated. Nevertheless, since the payment was based on the initial order form, is it correct to understand that those received products have been paid?

Regarding the item A, I asked to reduce quantity right before you made shipment, but I received quantity of initial purchase order. On the invoice, quantity was reduced so that means I received item more than the quantity written on the invoice. However, payment should have been made based on the first purchase order, so the items I received are already paid, is my understanding correct?
