時計が止まる原因をメーカーに確認したところ、充電不足の可能性があるとのことです。晴れた日の窓際に半日ほどおいて、時計が正常に作動するかどうかを確認してみてください。それでも正常に作動しない場合は、先ほど当店が指定した場所に時計本体を送っていただければ修理いたします。正常に時計が作動した場合は、メールでご連絡をいただければ幸いです。また、正常に作動した場合でも、月1回程度は半日ほど日光に当てて充電することをお勧めします。

I confirmed manufacturer the reason why the watch stops, and found that battery was not charged enough. Would you put the watch at the window on clear day, and check if it works? If it does not still work, if you send the watch to the place where our store designated a few minutes ago, we will repair it for you. May I ask you to let us know in case where the watch works by email? Even if it works, I recommend that you put it at a place where the sun hits and charge it for a half day once a month.

Even if it does not work properly, you can ship the watch to the place I indicated and there will repair it. When it works properly, I would appreciate it if you let me know if it works well by email. I have confirmed the reason why the clock was stopped with maker. It seems less of charge. Can you please put the clock besides windows when it is sunny day and confirm if it can fix or not?
