検品時の要望
あなたの会社に検品のときにっ改善してほしいことがあったので、メールしました。
送られた製品の中に封印のシールが張っているもの、今回はZIPPOのライターなのですが、
検品時箱から出してみるのは別に良いのですが、ライターについている封印のステッカーを切って分解して
検品しているような節があります。これだと製品が新品として販売できません。
危険物として確認するということがあるでしょうが、製品はステッカーで封印されているので、
オイルが入っていることはないかと思います。
As I want to ask you some requests for inspection, I send this email to you.
As for the product you sent, it was sealed, this time a Zippo lighter, it is not bad to get out from the box.But there is a evidence that the sticker is unsealed and the lighter is disassembled. In this situation, we cannot sell this product as a brand-new product.
Although you check out as a dangerous goods, it has no oil as the product is sealed by a sticker.
I send you this e-mail because I would like your company to improve something when inspecting.
As for the sent box of which a sealed sticker is put on inside, it is ZIPPO lighter this time, it doesn’t matter that you put it out from the box when inspecting. However, I guess that you may cut a sealed up sticker put on the lighter and then inspect with disassembling it. If so, the product cannot be sold as a new product.
Though it may be checked as dangerous goods, I don’t think that oil is put in it since the product is sealed with a sticker.

It seems you have took off a seal of the items, ZIPPO lighters this time, to check the quality. Open a box and take it out is not a problem, but if you take off a seal, we cannot sell it as a new item.
You might need to check it as a dangerous good, but the item is sealed by a sticker, I don't think some oil is in it.
そして、この前はステッカーを切った上に商品の箱をなくしたのか、新聞紙にくるんで送られてきました。
(販売者に問い合わせましたが、箱も入れてステッカーも切っていない新品状態で発送したとのことです。)
外箱が多少痛んだりしていることはよくあるのでその都度メールはしていませんが、
今回のような件が毎回だと非常に困るので、検品方法の改善をお願いいたします。

( we asked the seller but they informed us that they sent the product as a brand new condition which was put in its package also wasn't cut the sticker)
There're often some cases that the products packages get some damages so that I don't send a message about it. However if the case like this time happens all the time, it'll be a huge problem. I'll appreciate if you improve the inspection method.
