DHLから荷物が返送されたと輸入社から連絡がありました。
返送期限の何日も前からTax_IDについて幾度もメールや電話で連絡したにも関わらず、
DHL内でたらい回しにされた結果、返送期限を迎えたという理由で返送されたとの事です。
ついては、以下の通りDHL社へ連絡頂けますでしょうか。
・返送された商品を大至急、米国へ再納品する。送料は全額DHL負担。
今回貨物が返送されたのはDHL社の社内連携ミスが原因です。

The importer contacted me, and told me that DHL returned the item.
I have contacted them many times by e-mail or telephone concerning Tax_ID since several days before the due date of sending back. However, this item was sent around DHL and finally it was returned because of the due date.
Could you contact DHL company as follows?
"I'd like the item resent immediately to the USA. All the shipping fee is to be paid."
The lack of internal cooperation in DHL comapny caused this matter that the item was sent back.

I have informed from the import company that they received the returned item from DHL.
Although we emailed and made phone calls about Tax_ID and the return limit from several days before, I heard that after the item was shuffled around by those in DHL and the return limit expires so that they just sent the item back.
Therefore, could you please contact DHL and inform them the following?
・Redeliver the returned item to USA immediately. The fee is all covered by DHL.
It was miscommunication among those in DHL company to cause the item to be returned this time.
