御社の言う通り日本郵政に配送済みになってしまっている荷物について問い合わせを行いましたが、やはり御社より頂いた〇〇と〇〇と〇〇の追跡番号では日本郵政は追跡が取れないとのことでした。
再度DHLにも問い合わせを行ったところ御社が発送元であるタイのDHLに日本郵政で追跡可能な追跡番号を問い合わせる必要があるとのことでした。
私の方で御社より頂いた情報でこれ以上荷物の調査は不可能な状態です。

As you said, I checked with Japan Post regarding the parcel which status shows delivered, but they said Japan Post cannot track the numbers 〇〇, 〇〇 and 〇〇 you provided.
I made an inquiry at DHL again, and they said you have to check tracking number with DHL in Thailand who made shipment so Japan Post can track it.
I cannot further investigate on the parcel based on the information you provided.

As you told, we inquired Japanese post office for already delivered package, they told us the tracking numbers, ◯◯ and ◯◯ and ◯◯ cannot be tracked.
When we inquired DHL again, we need to ask a tracking number available by Japanese post office to DHL in Thai where you shipped it.
We cannot inspect any more with the information you gave us.
