If I return the record, is it possible to receive not only the full refund, but also the shipping fees as well? I could send it for 11 GBP by international mail with insurance of 6000 YEN and a tracking number. If there are problems with this, would you consider giving me a 20 USD discount? I had a look at the scratch that is causing the skip, and it appears that it would be rather difficult to fix it.
