This is called "New Year's Card" (Nengajo).
In Japan, it is kind of thank you letter we send to friend, coworker and boss in our company as well as those we do business with on new years' days. It is one of Japanese customs.
You and your company had supported me last year.
I hope that we can be cooperative this year as well.
