Regarding A, we will ship the one to you which has been in stock for other company. (We negotiated with them and got their approval.)
This A is brand-new, but the appearance is a little ugly because it was heat treated again following to the customer's request. However, it does not effect the quality at all because it is an element used for PMMA as well.

It is A. I will send you stock to distribute to other companies. (We negotiated with other companies and they could offered them to us.)
This A is a new product though, it is treated with hits again more than from customer's requirement and so it looks not good. However, as it is an element used for PMMA, there is no problem for its quality.
