Aの納期ですが、どんなに早くとも2月初旬工場出荷が限界になります。（材料の調達に最低1ヶ月掛かるため）ですが、Bならばストックがあるので12月に出荷できます。
ですので、12月はBで試作を行っていただくのはいかがでしょうか。BでもCよりは効果があると思いますし、2種類試すことは悪いことではないと考えます。
いずれにしてもAは在庫がなく、12月出荷は不可能なので、何とかこの案でお願いしたいです。

Regarding delivery period of A, the earliest time to ship from the factory is in the beginning of February.
(The reason is that it takes at least 1 month to collect materials.) In case of B, as we have the stock, we can ship in December.
Under this kind of situation, how about making a trial by using B in December? B will be more effective than C, and it is not bad to try these 2 kinds.
Anyway, as we do not have the inventory of A and cannot send in December, would you agree to this schedule? May I send this to XX by email?
