Aの納期ですが、どんなに早くとも2月初旬工場出荷が限界になります。（材料の調達に最低1ヶ月掛かるため）ですが、Bならばストックがあるので12月に出荷できます。
ですので、12月はBで試作を行っていただくのはいかがでしょうか。BでもCよりは効果があると思いますし、2種類試すことは悪いことではないと考えます。
いずれにしてもAは在庫がなく、12月出荷は不可能なので、何とかこの案でお願いしたいです。
このことを直接〇〇さんにメールしても大丈夫ですか？

This is about delivery date of A, the fastest day of the factory shipment would be in early February at the soonest. (Since it will take at least a month to get the materials.) But, we have a stock of B and we can ship it on December.
So, how about making a trial piece with B on December? We consider B is more efficient than C, and it would not be bad to trial two products.
Anyway, it is impossible to ship A on December due to lack of stock. Would you mind considering our suggestion?
