Aの納期ですが、どんなに早くとも2月初旬工場出荷が限界になります。（材料の調達に最低1ヶ月掛かるため）ですが、Bならばストックがあるので12月に出荷できます。
ですので、12月はBで試作を行っていただくのはいかがでしょうか。BでもCよりは効果があると思いますし、2種類試すことは悪いことではないと考えます。
いずれにしてもAは在庫がなく、12月出荷は不可能なので、何とかこの案でお願いしたいです。
このことを直接〇〇さんにメールしても大丈夫ですか？
