AさんとBさんとのメールのやり取りを見て第一に感じたのは、AさんのBさんに対する説明が不十分であった事です。Aさんに詳しい説明を求めたところ、該当する書類は、荷物のピックアップ前に関係各所への確認が必要なもので、仮に書類に不備があった場合はBさんに戻して修正してもらう必要があるとの事でした。ですからAさんはこの書類をピックアップの1週間前には受け取りたかったようです。そのように説明すれば、Bさんもすぐに対応できたのではないかと思います。

What I thought from between Mr A and B's conversation was that my explanation was not enough to them. When I asked Mr A to explain in detail, the file which needed to check to associated places before picking up the package and when there is an issue for the file, it needs to be revised by giving it back to Mr B. However, Mr A seemed to want to have received the file 1 week before. If it was explained so, Mr B could have dealt with it at once, I think.

What I felt first when I saw the communication between A and B by email is that A has not explained to B sufficiently. I asked A to explain in detail. He said that we have to check each place related thereto for the document before the item is picked up. If the document has a problem, it must be returned to B and he has to correct it. For this reason, A wanted to receive this document 1 week before picking up. If he has explained in this way, B must have handled it immediately.
