数日前に添付した画像の商品が購入可能か問い合わせたところ1週間程でご回答いただけるという話で、土曜日にこちらから何度か再度問合せをしましたが返信をしてもらっておりません。

When I inquired if the product in the picture I attached a few days previously can be bought, you said I will be able to receive an answer in as much as 1 week so i inquired again many times last Saturday but never received a response.
Is it somehow inconvenient?
