ところが届いた商品は2つとも日本語表示機能がついていませんでした。
2つとも日本語が表示されないと使用できないので、返品したいのですが良いですか?
商品は2つとも使用せず綺麗に保管してます。

On the purchase, on Aug 20th, I asked you the following question:

Your reply was 'Hi,Thank you for your message. The menu can be switched to Japanese.Regards,Klaus'
However, both items have no function to display Japanese.
Without Japanese display, I am unable to use them so I would like to return the items.
I have not used them and they are in a good condition.

However both the items did not have function to display Japanese language.
As both the items can not use it without Japanese language, can i return them?
Both of two items are unused and kept in good condition.

But the both units which I received did not have display in Japanese.
I do not need an item which does not display in Japanese, so I want to return both two units to you. Can you please accept my proposal?
For your information, both units are kept unused and in good condition.

Recently, I ordered two items from your shop. However, before I ordered these items, I sent a mail asking "Is the display of Japanese possible?", and you responded "Hi,Thank you for your message. The menu can be switched to Japanese.Regards,Klaus". I have received the items, but neither of them have the ability of Japanese display.

Since they don't have Japanese display, I can't use them, and I would like to know if it is OK to return them. The items are in unused condition. I hope to receive a proper response about this.
