以前、あなたから２つこの商品を購入しました。
そして、購入する前の8月20日に私はあなたに以下の質問をしました。
「Is the display of Japanese possible?」
あなたはその質問に「Hi,Thank you for your message. The menu can be switched to Japanese.Regards,Klaus」と答えてくれました。
ところが届いた商品は２つとも日本語表示機能がついていませんでした。
２つとも日本語が表示されないと使用できないので、返品したいのですが良いですか？
商品は２つとも使用せず綺麗に保管してます。
良い返事を待ってます。

I have bought two units of this item from you before.
And I asked you the following question:"Is the display of Japanese possible?"
And you answered me clearly: "Hi,Thank you for your message. The menu can be switched to Japanese. Regards, Klaus".
But the both units which I received did not have display in Japanese.
I do not need an item which does not display in Japanese, so I want to return both two units to you. Can you please accept my proposal?
For your information, both units are kept unused and in good condition.
