Aの試作日程の件ですが、Aに使用するBが特殊品かつ輸入品になり、現状のスケジュールまでに間に合わない可能性が出てきました。Bの納期を縮められるか現在サプライヤーに確認中ですので、誠に申し訳ございませんが、Invitation letterは1日待っていただけないでしょうか？
Cの納期については11月10日までは短縮できたのですが、それ以上は厳しい状況です。何とかこの日程でご調整いただけないでしょうか。

Regarding the trial manufacturing schedule, B for A is special and import item so that there is a possibility we will not be able to make it on time by the current schedule.
I am now confirming with the supplier whether they can make the delivery date shorten or not. I am very sorry to say, but would you please wait to send Invitation letter one more day?
Regarding the delivery due date of C, we could shorten by November 10th. However, it is difficult to shorten any more. Would you please manage to arrange with this schedule?

Regarding A's prototype schedule, there will be a possibility that the current schedule may not work as B used for A is rare and to be imported. I am currently awaiting confirmation from the supplier to see if they could pull in the lead time. We are very sorry but would you please give us a day for the invitation letter?
