Aの試作日程の件ですが、Aに使用するBが特殊品かつ輸入品になり、現状のスケジュールまでに間に合わない可能性が出てきました。Bの納期を縮められるか現在サプライヤーに確認中ですので、誠に申し訳ございませんが、Invitation letterは1日待っていただけないでしょうか？
Cの納期については11月10日までは短縮できたのですが、それ以上は厳しい状況です。何とかこの日程でご調整いただけないでしょうか。

Regarding A's prototype schedule, there will be a possibility that the current schedule may not work as B used for A is rare and to be imported. I am currently awaiting confirmation from the supplier to see if they could pull in the lead time. We are very sorry but would you please give us a day for the invitation letter?
As for C's lead time, I was able to shorten till November 10, but it cannot be shorten any more. Would you please arrange with this schedule?
