After order placement, I sent you a reminder so that you would thoroughly pack and ship the item. You have accepted my request and responded to me that you had forwarded my message to the distribution team. However, as I received the item, as you can see in the attached, 10 out 10 boxes were all damaged. Included in this item are a few metal pipes, and the box would be damaged if these pipes were shipped without packing and those metals have a possible risk of coming out of the box to hurt someone. Are you fully aware of this? This is apparently an infringement of the compliance related to the delivery risk. I ask you to submit the work improvement report ASAP.

After placing an order, I sent you an email asking to pack the item thoroughly when sending. You replied you noted it and forwarded my email to the delivery department. Several iron pipes are inside this item, and if you send it without packing, box will be broken during transportation and there is a risk of someone getting hurt from irons popped from inside. Do you understand such risk? This is absolutely violating compliance regarding delivery risk. Please urgently submit work improvement document.
