商品価格を「29ドル」と書いて送ることはできますが万が一、破損や紛失があった時に29ドルまでしか保険がおりません。ご了承頂けますか？

To answer your inquiry, 4 days should be enough for the item to arrive in Brazil. When you can actually receive it depends on the handling time at the customs and the delivery company.
I can declare the item for 29 dollars. However, if the item gets damaged or lost, you would get compensation only for 29 dollars. Would you agree to this?

We can describe the item price as "$29", but the insurance may only cover up to $29 in case of damage or the loss by any possibility. Would you sill accept it?
