君から＄150の返金を受け入れるというメールを貰ったので、私はpaypalを通じて返金を行った
paypal、ebayの画面でもページにも返金された事が記載されている（画像添付）
私は今まで約500回の取引をして100以上の評価を貰っていて、ミスはあっても一度も人を騙した事はない
理由は分からないが買い手は私が詐欺をしていると勘違いしている
私は売り手の指示に従い一部の返金を行っただけだ
できればebay側で原因を調査して欲しい

I received an email from you saying you accept $150 refund, so I made refund via PayPal.
Refund is written on PayPal and eBay pages (attached image).
I have made about 500 transactions and received over 100 feedback, although there had been errors I have never cheated.
I don't know why but the buyer misunderstands and thinks I am cheating.
I followed instruction from the buyer and made partial refund.
If possible, please investigate the cause on eBay side.

I repaid you via PayPal since you emailed me to accept my $150 refund.
Please see the attached, you can see the refund is complete on both PayPal and eBay screens.
Having had over 500 transactions with 100 ratings, not a single time have I deceived someone even though I made a mistake in the past.

I don't understand why you thought I tricked you. I received an email from you said you would take $150 refund, so I refunded you via paypal. It is also recorded on eBay page. (picture attached). Until now, I have made over 500 deals anf reveived over 100 feedbacks so even if I might have made a mistake, I would not trick people.
For no reason, the buyer think I'm a fraud. I only refunded the money according to the instruction. If it's possible, I would like eBay to investigate this.
