私は君がebay,paypalに登録している下記の住所に商品を発送した
（郵便局のインターネット上に記録も残っている）
私が商品を発送した君の住所（ebay,paypalが指定した住所）

私は正しい住所を指定したのに、もしも本当に違う住所に商品が到着しているなら、それは100%郵便局のミスだ（郵便局の仕事をこちらで制御できない）
私は日本の郵便局から調査を依頼するので、君はそちらの国で別の住所に発送してしまった理由を郵便局に問い合わせてほしい

Is it true that the product arrived to a different addres?
I delivered the product to your address as written on eBay and PayPal.
(It is recorded via the internet on the post office as well.)
I delivered the product to your address at (the address shown on eBay and PayPal):

I specified the correct address, but if it really arrived to a different address, then it is 100% the post office's miss (I have no control over the post office's work).
I will be asking the Japan post office to look into this matter, so I would appreciate it if you would ask the post office in your country why the package arrived to another address.

I had shipped it to the below registered address on your eBay.PayPal accounts (the record remains over the post office's internet, too)
Your shipping address I shipped the item to: (address assigned by eBay and PayPal)
Although I specified the correct address, if the item was delivered to to the wrong address for sure, it should be a 100% miss of the post office (because we cannot control their job).
As I am going to request for an investigation through Japan Post, would you please contact to the local post office for the reason of the wrong shipping address at the country of destination?
