お世話になっています。本日アメリカン・エキスプレスに電話したところカードは正常に使えると言う返事でした
日本では問題なく使えています
また昨日御社がカードを切った記録がないと言うことでした
(通常はカードが拒否される場合でも記録は残るそうです)
アメックスは御社のシステムで何か変更はなかったかとの事です
ビザも使えないとなると国際カードが使えないシステムに変わったのですか
商品は急いで送っていただきたいため他の支払い方法がないか教えてください

(They say that the record anyway remains even when the card is rejected.)
Amex asked if there was any changes in your system.
Did you change the system not to allow any international credit cards, as VISA is not also available?
