お世話になっています。本日アメリカン・エキスプレスに電話したところカードは正常に使えると言う返事でした
日本では問題なく使えています

また昨日御社がカードを切った記録がないと言うことでした
（通常はカードが拒否される場合でも記録は残るそうです）
アメックスは御社のシステムで何か変更はなかったかとの事です
ビザも使えないとなると国際カードが使えないシステムに変わったのですか
商品は急いで送っていただきたいため他の支払い方法がないか教えてください
起きて待っていますので返事を下さい

I appreciate your support. When I called American Express over the phone today, they replied that the card had no problem at all all and it was available without any difficulty. In Japan, I can use it without any issues.

And, they told that there was no record that you used the card yesterday.
(They say that the record anyway remains even when the card is rejected.)
Amex asked if there was any changes in your system.
Did you change the system not to allow any international credit cards, as VISA is not also available?
Since I would like you to send the item as soon as possible, please let me know whether any other payment method is available or not.
