お世話になっています。本日アメリカン・エキスプレスに電話したところカードは正常に使えると言う返事でした
日本では問題なく使えています

また昨日御社がカードを切った記録がないと言うことでした
（通常はカードが拒否される場合でも記録は残るそうです）
アメックスは御社のシステムで何か変更はなかったかとの事です
ビザも使えないとなると国際カードが使えないシステムに変わったのですか
商品は急いで送っていただきたいため他の支払い方法がないか教えてください

Hello. Today I called up American Express card and they said that I can use the card as usual. In Japan, on the other hand, I can use the card with no problem.

Also, they said there is no record that your company has used the card yesterday.
(It seems that the record of the card usage will be made even if it is denied.)

The American express company asked me if there was any change on the company's system.
If I can't use Visa card either, does that mean you change the system to which we can't use International cards?
