この度は商品未着でご迷惑をおかけしまして誠に申し訳ございません。
わざわざ郵便局まで確認に行ってもらいありがとうございました。
通常、ヨーロッパですと輸入関税の支払いの為、関税通知書を配達するのですが、それすらも届いていなかったとのこと、大変驚いております。
日本郵便に引き続き確認をしてもらっておりますが、イタリアの郵便局から一向に連絡が無いらしく、状況がまだ詳しく分からない状態です。
まだ、商品は戻って着てないが日本に戻ってきた場合は、速やかに返金させていただこうと思います。

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the nonarrival of the product. And I appreciate that you took your time to confirm this with the post office. Normally, in the case of Europe there are some customs that apply to the import of products, therefore a customs notification has to be issued, however I was very surprised to hear that in this case it hasn't arrived. I am having someone contact the post office here in Japan, but apparently there hasn't been any contact with the Italian post office, so I am unaware of the details. The product has not been returned, but in the case of it being sent back to Japan, I am willing to give a refund.

Usually, in Europe, the tariff notice for payment of import tariffs is delivered, but we are surprised that even this notice is not delivered to you.
We are continuing to check with Japan Post, but there seems to be no contact from Italian post office, so the detail situation is unknown.
The item has not returned yet but I think that we will refund promptly if the item is returned.
