実は、NECは、上記のような内容を含むTERM SHEETがREVALから突然提案されたことに驚いているのが、正直なところです。
しかし、NECは、ERPの具体的な進め方を詳しくSAPに説明することの必要性にも気付きました。そして、もちろん、NECは、ERPの進展に伴い実質的コストが合理的な理由によって増えるのであれば、その増加分はSAPに支払う用意もあることを確認しています。
私は、誠意を持った話し合いが継続されることを期待しています。

Actually, I have to say that NEC is surprised that all of sudden, TERM SHEEP which includes the contents above has been proposed by REVAL.
However, NEC has also realized the need of explaining how to move ahead with ERP in detail to SAP. And, of course, if the actual costs increase along with the progress of ERP for some rational reasons, then NEC has confirmed that they are prepared to pay SAP for the additional costs.
