アドバイスに従い、クッキー、キャッシュの削除、ブラウザも変えてみましたが、以前注文出来ない状況です。
Shipping addressを書き込むようページが変わり、グレーの枠のStateとCityには入力出来ません。
メールアドレスを変えて登録もしてみましたが同じ結果でした。
他のサイトではこのような事は起こっていません。
指示された事は全てやりましたので、こちらに問題があるとは思えません。

Dear Customer Service,

As per the advice, I changed my cookies, deleted the cache, and changed my browser too, but I cannot do the previous order.
I changed the page with the shipping address, but couldn't input anything into the grey state and city boxes.
I changed my email address and tried registering too, but with the same result.
This sort of thing doesn't happen on other websites.
I did all of the things you instructed, so I don't think there is any problem my end.

To Customer Service

According to your advice, I deleted cookie and cache and changed browser. But, I'm still not able to order.
The web page changed to one for inputting Shipping address, however, I can't input anything on columns of State and City, are gray.
I tried doing registration again with other mail address. Yes, the situation no change.
Such a thing have never happened on other web site.
I did all things which you advised. So I don't think there is some problem in my side.

ポイントは無駄になるでしょうが、ずっと利用出来ないよりましかと思います。
