アドバイスに従い、クッキー、キャッシュの削除、ブラウザも変えてみましたが、以前注文出来ない状況です。
Shipping addressを書き込むようページが変わり、グレーの枠のStateとCityには入力出来ません。
メールアドレスを変えて登録もしてみましたが同じ結果でした。
他のサイトではこのような事は起こっていません。
指示された事は全てやりましたので、こちらに問題があるとは思えません。
