I have spoken with M group leader in attendance of Mr T yesterday, and we talked about reorganising the work tasks I currctly deal with. Although I was told to support your work from Mr M, I haven't been able to concentrate to support you as actually the tasks Mr M has given me are still quite a lot. We also discussed about my complaint against him for the fact that Mr M forgot that he actually gave me those tasks. Yesterday, he agreed that he would reduce the amount of small duties which disturb me to support your work from now on.
