じつは昨日、T氏も同席してM部長と、あなたの事業のサポートをするにあたっての、現在私が抱えている仕事の再整理についてはなしました。M氏から貴方の仕事のサポートをしてくれと言われていた割には、M氏からの仕事が実際には未だに結構多くて、あなたのサポートに集中出来ていない事や、M氏が私に頼んだ事を忘れているなどの私の彼への文句も踏まえて色々とはなしました。あなたの業務をサポートするにあたっての邪魔になる雑務は、今後どんどん少なくすることに既に昨日彼から了解してもらってます。

I have spoken with M group leader in attendance of Mr T yesterday, and we talked about reorganising the work tasks I currctly deal with. Although I was told to support your work from Mr M, I haven't been able to concentrate to support you as actually the tasks Mr M has given me are still quite a lot. We also discussed about my complaint against him for the fact that Mr M forgot that he actually gave me those tasks. Yesterday, he agreed that he would reduce the amount of small duties which disturb me to support your work from now on.
