This is the list of participants for the NY meeting from the Tokyo head office as of today.
The booking for accommodations for every person was already done in Japan so you'd think it's probably unnecessary but
to be safe, we are currently in the middle of confirming their itinerary so please wait a while for now.

Here is the list of attendants from Tokyo headquarter to the NY meeting as of today.
As hotel reservation has already been made in Japan, I don't think it is necessary. But just to make sure I've been confirming it along with their schedule, could you please wait?

Here's a current updated list of attendees from Tokyo headquarter to the conference in NY for today.
For accommodation reservations, we have been dealing with it in Japan and we do not need to bother you. However, please wait for a moment as we are checking their itineraries just in case.
