お客からキャンセルを希望する内容のメールが届きました。
しかし、キャンセルリクエストを頂いていません。
キャンセルリクエストを貰わずにこちらでキャンセル処理をすると
アカウントに悪影響が出ると思います。
お客にメールを送ってもその後返信がありません。
このままでは発送遅延が発生してしまいます。
この場合の対処法はどうすればよろしいでしょうか?
オーダーIDはAAです。

But I have not received a "Cancel request".
I think that if I proceed without "Cancel request" it may affect badly on the account.
I have sent an e-mail to the customer but I did not receive any reply from him.
That is why there is a delay in delivery.
