今まで長い間ebay販売をしていますが
今回みたいな事は初めてです。
上記の件で販売金額がロックされています。
ケースのクローズと資金ロックはいつ解除されますか？
今後の販売活動もあり
大きな金額なので
とても心配です。

I am really sorry the customer escalated the case in spite that we are not responsible for it.
