お客さんからソフトウェアの認証エラーについての連絡がありました。
ソフトウェアを起動したときに画面に「試用バージョン」の表示が出るので消そうとして認証を行ったとのことです。
ソフトウェアが認証を示すコードが"A"なのに対し、同梱のコードは"B"となっているとのことです。
そのため正しい認証コードを教えてほしいとのことでした。
これは以前にあなたが話されていたソフトウェアのアップグレードの問題だと思います。

There was contact from a customer regarding a software authentication error.
When the software was started up, "trial version" was displayed on the screen and when it was turned off, authentication was carried out.
In contrast to code A which indicates software authentication, the code in in the package became B.
Because of that, they would like to be told the correct authentication code.
I think this is a software upgrade problem which you previously talked about.
How should we deal with this?

I received a message from a customer about an error that is caused in authorizing the software.
As "version for trial" appears when starting the software, he or she authorized to delete it.
I heard that code the software indicates the authorization is A whereas the code enclosed in it is B.
For this reason, he or she wants to know the correct authorization code.
