お客様よりクレームも多く、今回の昇降タイプのスツールは正直作りが悪いです。
メインになる商品ですので、クオリティを上げて頂くようお願い致します。
仕様書も追加項目を増やして後ほどお送りいたしますのでしっかりと共有してください。
相殺についてはインフィニティ社に確認取れ次第、必ずご返信お願いします。

There are much claims from the customer. To be honest with you, the workmanship of this lift type stool is not so good. Since this is the main product, please improve quality.
Also, ensure to share the specification that will be sent to you with some additional items later.
Regarding offset, please reply us as soon as you confirmed with Infinity Co.

I have many claims from customers and to be honest this hoisting type stool has bad workmanship.
Please make it better quality as this is the main product.
I will add some more closures on specifications and send it later so please share that.
About the set off I will reply to you once I confirm with Infiniti company.
