A社の記事とB社の記事について、こちらで入手している資料を添付いたします。
また、追加の資料がないかどうか、委託元のC社に確認しておきます。
この2つの記事の利用について、いずれも5年間の利用許諾をいただいており、その利用期限が12月までとなっております。改めて、無期限または5年間の継続利用の許可をいただきますようお願いいたします。

I will check C from which it is entrusted if they have an additional document or not.
I have been permitted to use these 2 articles for 5 years,
and its use period expires in December.
Would you permit me to use them without limit or continue using them for 5 years?
