元々私は発送期限を長く設定しておりこの注文に関してもクリスマス以降の到着期限が示されていた
しかし顧客から注文後に「クリスマスに間に合うように発送して下さい」と言われたので「確約は出来ない」と伝えた所この注文は顧客によりキャンセルされた
その後クリスマスに間に合わないという理由でネガティブフィードバックを付けられました
以上で分かるようにこちらに非が無いのでこのフィードバックは不当です
削除してくれますか？
顧客が言うように本当に箱に梱包せずに発送したのですか？キチンと梱包して下さい

Originally we had set the delivery period longer, and regarding this order, the due date of the delivery after the Christmas was also indicated.
However, the customer told us to make the delivery before the Christmas after placing the order. So we replied that we could not guarantee it. Then this order was cancelled by the customer.
After that, the customer put negative feedback because we could not make the delivery before the Christmas.
As the explanation above indicates, that is not our fault. So this negative feedback is not appropriate.
Can you please delete it?
Did you ship the item without packing it in the outer box, as the customer mentioned? Please make sure to pack the item securely.
